permitted? A: Smoking is not permitted in the building, we do have outdoor smoking receptacles in a covered designated area. |

alcohol? A: We do not. Alcohol can be taken in and consumed by players in moderation. |
| Q: What are the
organizational volunteer responsibilities? A: The volunteers will work a counter whereby they take in money for chips or tournament buy-ins and they also reimburse money for chips or tournament cash-outs and keep track of money going in and out with state provided forms. |
| Q: Will you train
us? A: Yes we will. We will open the doors 1/2 hour early for training which also includes dealer training if volunteers wish to deal Texas Hold’em. |

organizational volunteers play? A: Yes they can when time allows. |

Zone plan on any advertising? A: Yes. Poker Zone advertises via e-mails, local newspapers and much more. |

a charity make on an event day? A: It depends on how many players and the hours of operation. |
